ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Tracy Schira-Parker!
I’ve always been a bit of an outlier. I never quite fit neatly into the boxes people tried to stick me in.
Farm girl, Accountant, Consultant, Consultant, Farm wife, Mother, Speaker. That weird girl who uses herbs, talks about energy, and is always tapping into intuition.
Every box came with rules and expectations that never fit for me.
I grew up in a small town where farming, fishing, and the outdoors was the way of life. Hard work, long days, and making ends meet are the roots that shaped me.
While most people around me were content staying within the expected path, I found myself drawn to ideas, strategy, leadership, and the bigger questions about how businesses and people actually work.
I’ve always been fascinated by things others find dry or complicated — governance, strategy, finance, systems. The things that quietly determine whether a dream survives or falls apart.
When I moved back to our small town and left my banking career, I was told consulting would never work. I was told “nobody around here needs that”, and “who would hire you?”
Turns out, they were wrong. Here I am, 23 years later, still doing this work. Different roles, often with the very people others overlook: farmers, tradespeople, small-town entrepreneurs, and blue-collar business owners. I love working with real people that have big dreams. The kind of people who are carrying the weight of responsibility and making decisions with their own money and reputation on the line.
It wasn’t always pretty. It definitely wasn’t easy. But it allowed me to build a life where I could raise my four kids, support our farm family, and do the work that matters.
The older I get, the clearer something has become:
What I care about most is people, and those dreams they hold tight in silence. I love deep conversations and I love learning about the story behind the business.
I love deep conversations, the ones where someone says something they’ve never said out loud before. The ones where a person pauses mid-sentence and says: “I never looked at it that way before.”
That’s the work I do. Whether it’s through consulting, coaching, or speaking. I love helping people see clearly and reconnect to what they know deep down. Helping them move forward with courage, even when it feels heavy and impossible.
I’m married to a farmer and have spent the last 24 years raising four kids who have kept our family running in every direction imaginable through competitive sports.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me walking quiet gravel roads, kayaking on isolated lakes, or chasing the kind of adventures that push me out of my comfort zone.
I’m always researching health trends, mindset, and becoming the next version of me.
I’m not a polished guru or a perfectly packaged expert. I’m a bit of a quirky smart-ass.
I’m deeply passionate about strategy, business, and entrepreneurship, and I am fascinated about how people think, behave and adjust to the world around them.
I believe that God places us on paths far bigger than we understand at the time.If there is one thing I hope for in the work that I do, it’s simple: To plant seeds.
Seeds of courage. Seeds of clarity. Seeds of possibility.
Because sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one idea, or one moment of insight to change the direction of a life. And if I get to be part of that moment, even every once in a while, that’s the gold nugget of life for me.
Helping good people carry heavy decisions with clarity, courage, and integrity.
