For the last 20 years I have been working with business owners, entrepreneurs, Indigenous communities, and boards to navigate the challenges they are facing, with strategies that work for them. 

I work best with people who are in industries that are considered blue collar, and with people who willing to roll up their sleeves and dig into the issues at hand.  I am located in a rural community and I have spent my entire career serving clients that are located in these rural/remote communities.  I understand the challenges, and I also know how undeserved the rural/remote business community is.  

I believe that rural/remote businesses are the foundation pieces that hold our economies together.  I believe that the grass roots, blue collar worker is the fabric that will always hold it all together, and it is my mission to serve them in a way they deserve.  When businesses succeed and prosperity is achieved at this level, everyone benefits.  I am in my zone of genius when I am helping them do that.
